It’s the place for photos I take on trips with the camera, which I process in batches and publish daily. So most of them are naturally organized in sets and the publish date has nothing to do with a date they were taken.
As I’m also a developer which likes to show off – the photos can be browsed using the flash browser, or more traditionaly – using the static version…
Me
As the title says – my name is Rafał Lindemann. I was born in Warsaw, Poland, some nine months after the introduction of the martial law during the communist regime. Now i still live here, working as a web developer, and doing photos in my spare time, mostly on trips to different places…
I also got a text blog, in polish.
the Photos
I make photos of anything I find interesting. Most of the time i find interest in abstract things like patterns, colors, architecture details, dense compositions. Lately I’ve started to try portraits and nature also.
I make photos with postprocessing in mind – most of the time I know what I want to achieve, so I use the Bibble Raw and Photoshop to create what I wanted. I love high contrast, sharp edges, bright colors, patterns and details, so you’ll find a lot of them in my works.
the Setup
I got the Canons:
EOS 50 on which I’ve made many slides and negatives during 2000-2005
EOS 350D [retired ;) ] which was my companion from 2006 to 2007
EOS 40D newly bought at the end of 2007
I own couple of low-mid-end lenses from Sigma, Tamron and Canon. The typical setup is Sigma 17-70 f2.8-4.5, Tamron 70-210 f2.8 and Canon 50 f1.8. Plus sometimes the new addition – Canon Speedlite 580EX II.
For RAWs & archiving I use Lightroom (previously Bibble & Windows Photo Gallery), for further processing – Photoshop CS2.

o siemasz widze ze sie wzioles za fotografowanie i slusznie ja tez hehe aprpos masz moze wtyzki w canonie ptrzebuje troche nowego sprzetu bo utopilem swojego olympusa- niezamknieta obudowa podwodna….i najwazniejsza dla mnie rzecz potrzebuje prostej stronki i musze o tym z toba pogadac wiec koniecznie sie dezwij

f**ck myslalem ze to formulaz kontaktowy hehe ale od razu napisze mam do sprzedania zalanego kozAKA olympusa uz 770 i obudowe podwodna do niego…no i ta stronka…
